Five Minute. Good-Bye

Not all good-byes are the same…some sad…some happy.
Good…Good is part of the saying our farewells.
Some good-byes are final…some a more slow drawn out process…
but in the end…all these kinds of good-byes are a reason to rejoice.
The good-bye that just needs to be said once… good-bye to the sin man…
goodbye to living separated from God….good-bye to wandering lost and alone.
Others take more time… good -bye to fears that come to grip...
good-bye to wounds clouding the vision… good-bye to illness racking the body...
good-bye to the need for affirmation...
good-bye to those old habits that seem to linger…
these good-byes are more painful… these good-byes are more drawn out...
but these good-byes too will have their final farewell.
Let’s continue praise God…as we wave good-bye…and say hello to all God for us.

    This is wonderful. Loved it.

Striving with you to say good-bye when necessary while rejoicing in the promise given! What grace!

  5. Yes! Hello to all God has in store, and His plan is always SO much better than my own. I'm purposing to say goodbye to the need for affirmation and old habits that linger, right there with you and may I drive them out by making new habits and really SEEING all He has for me. So thankful for you!!

  6. loved this Ro...goodbye to fears that come to grip, wounds clouding the vision...it's so important to let things go when God gently speaks to you, isn't it? i love how He is always so gentle with me. but you are right--so many times it is so painful--but so much waiting for us if we are willing...love to you...
